Bathroom renovation

Complete strip-out, plumbing alterations, tiling, matte black brassware and modern sanitaryware installation.

Final Result

Strip-Out Phase

The existing bathroom was fully stripped back, exposing the room in preparation for new plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and installation.

Preparation & First Fix

During this stage, the bathroom was fully prepared for installation. The walls were bonded and levelled to create a flat, durable surface, new pipework was chased into the walls for a clean finish, waterproofing was applied to all wet areas, and the floor was reboarded to provide a solid foundation for tiling.

A complete transformation delivering a modern, functional bathroom with concealed pipework, fully waterproofed walls and floors, large-format porcelain tiling, and premium black fixtures for a clean, contemporary finish.

En-suite Renovation

This en suite was completely transformed from the ground up. We stripped the room back, reconfigured the plumbing, waterproofed the space, and installed large-format tiles, premium black fixtures, a bespoke marble basin, heated towel rail, and a modern walk-in shower. Finished with precision for a clean, luxury look that’s built to last.

Preparation & First Fix

Strip Out Phase

Following the strip-out, we prepared the room for its transformation by constructing a new stud wall to conceal and internalise all plumbing, creating a clean, modern finish. The shower area was re-boarded and fully waterproofed using a tanking system to ensure long-term durability and protection against moisture. We also installed a new plywood subfloor to provide a solid base for the floor finish, before completing the first-fix plumbing with new hot, cold and waste pipework ready for the final installation of the sanitaryware and fixtures.

Final Result

The project began with a complete strip-out, removing all existing fixtures, tiles, flooring, and wall coverings to expose the original structure. This provided a clean foundation for the full renovation
